1 Can you customize a course for us?

Yes, we do provide customized and on-site training for some courses. Please write in to us on your requirements and we will get back to you shortly

1 How do I register for a course?

You can click on the Course tab and click on the view button of the course. If the course has batch scheduled you will see all the dropdown dates with seats status. Click on the Register button to register. If you do not have an account with us yet then please click on the Sign up now text to sign up with us first.

2 Can I choose the course date?

Yes, you can, subject to availability of training places.

4 Can I reserve a course date / the training places for my staff by faxing to you first?

Yes, but we will hold your reservation for up to 3 days only. If you do not confirm by then, we will have to give your reservation to other people.

5 Can I be in the reserve list if the class is full?

Yes. If the class allow waiting list then you can register under the waitlist. If there are any withdrawal, the system will automatically inform you.

6 How can I check the status of my staff's enrollment?

Yes, you can login to the system and input the filter (by name or date) to check the status of your staff's enrollment.

8 Can I ask someone to apply the course on my behalf?

Yes, you can provide your personal information to us. We will create a user account for you and reserve the seat for you. You will have to login to pay online, or pay by other modes (bank transfer, PayNow , pay over the counter etc.). Once payment is successful, The seat confirmation email and receipts will be email to your registered user email account

9 Can I register for the course on the day the course starts?

It depends on the course registration end date. Please check with us for the specific course you are interested in.

1 Can I cancel my course?

It depends on each course. If it is before the blackout date (which is displayed in the system), the withdrawal is auto approved with or without refund. If it is after the blackout date, your request for withdrawal will be subject to review and approval. Any refund will be based on the course policy. If your withdrawal request is successful, you will automatically received an email notification. The refund will be sent to you separately by our Finance team.

2 How can I get a course fee refund?

We will refund you based on policy. The amount to be refunded is displayed when you click the withdrawal request. Please check the amount before you click on the withdrawal confirm button.

THT Academy has implemented a cashless payment system. To make payments, please note that only the following online payment modes are available.

FUNDING SUPPORT

1) For Employers

Companies sponsoring their employees for courses at THT Academy may apply for training subsidies that are available for selected courses. For more information on funding support for employers, please click HERE.

2) For Individuals

There are also funding available for self-sponsored individuals for selected courses. For more information about funding support for self-sponsored individuals, please click HERE.

2 How can I get a copy of the training cost advice?

You can click on the training cost summary to print a copy before proceed to payment or reserved the seat.

1 Due to some unforeseen circumstances, can I postpone the training dates for my staff?

Yes, you can auto reschedule the staff to the next available batch (class) before the blackout date. After the blackout date, your request will be subject to approval. Please note that fee policy for rescheduling will apply. If you have a valid reason and wish to request for a fee waiver of the rescheduling fee, please send us an email or use the helpdesk to send in your request.

2 Can I request for replacement of my participants?

Due to funding policy you have to withdraw and register the new learner.

If the course has no funding you may write to us to request for the replacement.

1 What will happen if I miss 1 or 2 days of the course

In general most courses require participants to have a minimum course attendance of 75%.

If you do not meet the minimum attendance requirement, you will not be issued the SOA. Please note that if you have applied for SSG funding for this course, your funding will be void and you will have to top up the balance course fee.

1 Where is the classroom training venue?

The training venue is listed on the receipt.

You can also view it after you have login to your account

2 Where is the Virtual Live Class video link?

You can view the Virtual Live Class video link after you have login to your account. It is also in the course confirmation email.
