FOR WHOM
Have employment status as manual labour to carry out work in a factory engaged in the manufacture of basic metals, fabricated metal products, machinery or equipment and electrical machinery and apparatus
^ENTRY REQUIREMENTS / *ASSUMED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
ü ^At least 18 years of age
ü ^Singaporeans, Permanent Residents or Holders of valid employment pass / work permit
ü *Employability Skills System (ESS) Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 2 and above, or equivalent
ü *Be physically and mentally fit for the training, without any handicaps
ü *Have good organisational skills and be able to follow written and oral work instructions
ü ^Acknowledgement of photo taking requirement for online assessment wef 1 Jan 2024
Note :
· Proof of highest education certificate is recommended
· Those 70 years and above must produce a medical certificate of physical fitness

· CE 1 Identify own roles and responsibilities in metal working
· CE 2 Follow safe work procedures in metal working
· CE 3 Respond to fire emergencies
